Candida Detox Diet – Advanced
First two weeks
Vegetables
You can eat all organic vegetables except white (russet potatoes). Can have Yukon gold and red potatoes. Wild yams and sweet potatoes are also fine. Eat lots of vegetables. Add lots of avocados and cut everything up.
Make your own salad dressings using olive oil and seasonings (no sugar or sugar substitutes). Do not use bottled dressings.
Meats: Sparingly
You can have chicken, turkey, fish, canned tuna and eggs. Organic is best. Eating Grass Fed Beef that has not been given antibiotics or hormones is okay. Do not eat red meat or pork. Do not eat any dairy products (except Kefir and yogurt that you have made yourself).
Nuts & Seeds
Can have all nuts and seeds (sprouted is best) but do not eat peanuts of any kind.
Drinks
Drink lots of water. You may add lemon or lime to your water. Can also drink V8 vegetable juice, but it may be better to make your own from carrots, celery and other vegetables.
Almond Milk is okay to have.
Sweeteners
Stevia may be used sparingly
Weeks 3 and 4
Add all fruits. Lots of grapefruit and berries of all kinds
Week 5 and 6
Add legumes (beans, peas, and lentils)
After That
Add Whole Grain cereals, breads, pasta. Sprouted is best and add one at a time (Brown Rice, Millet, Quinoa, Buckwheat, Wheat, Oats, and Corn Etc.) Every 3-5 days to pick up on any hidden grain sensitivities.
Avoid Forever:
Refined & Substitute Sugars, and Refined Flours & Grains
